We recommend ordering any holiday presents by Saturday, December 13th at the latest for them to arrive before December 24th. This gives us enough time to hand them to the carriers by their cut-off dates, which are generally December 15th-17th. We will do our best to get all orders shipped out in a timely fashion, but once they're handed to the post office it’s out of our control. Please reach out via phone or email if you have any questions!

Shipping surcharge: Many shipping carriers implement higher pricing this time of year due to the volume of items being mailed. For this reason, we have temporarily increased our shipping prices - flat-rate shipping within California is now $9.99 and shipping to the rest of the US is now $14.99. This change will be in effect through January 18th, per the USPS, UPS, and FedEx surcharges. We appreciate your understanding.

Since we are a small business, and we offer flat rate shipping, we cannot offer shipping on particularly large or heavy items at this time. Some of these items (like, say, a large play kitchen!) may cost almost as much to ship as the item itself. As such, these items are pickup only at this time.
